Biarritz Wine and Gastronomy Fair

From 1 to 4 February 2019 at the Halle d'Iraty

People from the Biarritz region are invited to the 12th Wine and Gastronomy Fair from 1 to 4 February 2019 at the Halle d’Iraty.
The show will bring together around 100 artisan producers and winegrowers presenting a host of high-quality products:
-    Ham
-    Sausage
-    Sweets
-    Chocolates
-    "Primeur" wines
All these gourmet delights are presented at the show in a convivial atmosphere that is perfect for meeting producers and discovering the different products.

THE REGIONS OF FRANCE

Manufacturers, artisans, distributors and producers are among the many exhibitors at the show. They will be presenting their culinary specialities, local wines and other delicacies. The Wine and Gastronomy Fair is a real tour of France for the taste buds: Corsican deli meats shellfish from Brittany, Burgundy wines, and much more. There are gourmet treasures everywhere!

A new circuit devoted to organic produce!

In order to make stands with organic produce easier to identify, a special organic circuit has been designed for visitors who are particularly interested in this type of produce. In addition, a specific page is devoted to the "organic label" in the exhibition guide to help visitors find their way around, and each stand concerned is identified with a sign bearing the "organic" logo.
This is a great way to highlight organic produce, and enable visitors to talk with producers about their experience and understand the challenges of organic farming.

Spotlight on Beer

Synonymous with conviviality and sharing, beer has its own specific area at the Fair. Several brewers will be presenting their lagers, pale ales, bitters and stouts.
The Wine and Gastronomy fair is THE annual event for amateurs and experts in culinary arts and fine food. It is a reference event for avid gourmets, or people who are just inquisitive.
