The trade fair devoted to socially-responsible food services

The second Sirha Green will take place at La Sucrière in Lyon from 6 to 8 September 2020.

At a time when the catering and food service sector is undergoing profound changes, Sirha Green plays a key role in helping the industry's professionals meet the new expectations of consumers. Producing and consuming French products is taking on ever-greater importance in today's society. The domestic dimension of Sirha Green and the products presented by exhibitors at the show will address the growing demand for products and solutions from short distribution channels.

This event is aimed at every area of the catering, restaurant and food-processing sector and will present a wide range of products and services that address new environmental issues: local or eco-responsible suppliers, traceability solutions, eco-designed, sustainable, recyclable and energy-efficient equipment and materials, waste-reduction solutions, organic, sustainable and recyclable textiles, community management, technologies, and more.

Two stages on which the sector's players can express themselves

The SIRHA GREEN AGORA stage will bring together a group of carefully-selected producers (meeting specific criteria in terms of sourcing and ingredients) who will be organising a series of 30 master classes on the subject of "From the earth to the plate". 

The SIRHA GREEN ZONE will address the major challenges facing the contemporary catering sector and look at how food services can be reinvented. Chefs, experts and major players in the sector will answer questions and analyses key issues with an audience of trade professionals.


The primary concern of GL events is to ensure that the events can be organised and visitors, exhibitors and delegates can be accommodated in our venues with the best possible hygiene conditions and health security.

In its 50 venues in France and in the world, the Group have implemented health security measures and facilities to prevent Covid-19 risks.
