A village entirely dedicated to food

Omnivore Paris offers a real village created around the event. Visitors can find a foodcourt with 7 chefs' foodtrucks, 120 exhibitors and partners to discover more about the world of food, but also the Chefs' Corner with dishes cooked by chefs to share and the Paris Coffee Show, highlighting the actors of the French coffee industry.

Combining cuisine and sustainable alternatives

During these 3 days, 150 guests will be invited to debate on the various challenges that food represents with varied and engaged themes such as climate change, local cuisine, plant-based food and the African food market. Professionals can thus present to the public the stakes that are close to their hearts.
