Sirha Omnivore showcases local cuisine

Promoting cuisine from Northern France and Belgium, the first Omnivore Nord took place at the Convention Centre in Le Touquet from 30 April to 2 May 2022. As such, the culinary heritage of Belgium and the Hauts de France region were in the spotlight during these 72 hours of festivities. Tasting sessions in the colours of the region

During the three-day event, some 30 chefs – including Alexandre Gauthier, starred chef and sponsor of the event - cooked on the main stage with one objective: to share their common passion for this gastronomy.
A second stage, the one of the artisans, brought together duos of chefs to work on the local products exhibited by the artisans at the event, and then let the public taste them
