From 11 to 15 November in Paris.
This is the second year that the Transgourmet (a wholesaler for food-sector professionals) will have its dedicated area at the Equip’Hôtel show which takes place from 11 to 15 November in Paris. This year, however, the Transgourmet Market is expanding: it will be bigger and have more exhibitors. This village brings together the biggest brands in the agri-food sector aimed at restaurant owners, hotels and bakers/pastry-makers.
The Transgourmet Market provides 4600m2 of event space with 80 exhibitors and almost 250 brands, where visitors can discover the different aspects of the food catering industry. The Food Court includes a reception area, demonstration zones, a bar and wine-tasting area, a coffee shop, and coaching area in which visitors can meet and discuss with experts, as well as A VIP/press area. The Expert Centres (Pôles Experts) present specific products, with specialists on hand to offer advice and ideas for restaurant menus. Finally, the Chefs' Studio (Studio des Chefs) organises culinary demonstrations by top chefs, as well as competitions.
This year once more, GL events teams worked on the whole Transgourmet project. They are responsible for the design and layout of the Market, from the exhibition stands to the meeting and demonstration areas, providing a customised space for each brand present at the Transgourmet Market.
