The largest green-tech "market" north of Paris is organised side by side with a congress devoted to eco-technologies of the future.
For the eighth year in row, the Grand Palais in Lille will be presenting the most innovative eco-technologies during the Environord fair from 12 to 14 June 2012.
Combining a trade fair and congress devoted to future eco-technologies, Environord is the largest "green business" event north of Paris, with over 150 exhibitors and some 6,000 visitors (companies and local authorities) expected at this year's event.
In the wake of the latest negotiations on climate change (Durban summit, World Water Forum in Marseille, etc.), Environord will be further developing this subject, notably regarding the role of eco-technologies in this field, and will particularly highlight the water sector, which is greatly affected by these changes in temperatures.
An international status
In total, almost 40 companies from Quebec, Brazil, Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria will be present in the international Pavilion at the fair. Other companies from Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia will be participating in the international business meetings.
6,000 visitors and 900 congress delegates at Environord and its European congress, a showcase for regional expertise in the eco-technology sector.
